Campus Housing

Riverwalk Apartments at IUPUI

PIE students may apply to live on campus in an apartment or a dormitory. Here are some examples of campus housing: IUPUI Riverwalk Apartments, Townhomes at IUPUI, or North Hall. It is important to understand that campus housing is not guaranteed to PIE students. However, many PIE students have found a place in campus housing and have enjoyed that lifestyle.

Riverwalk Apartments and Townhomes at IUPUI are like apartments, with a kitchen. North Hall is a modern dormitory, with mostly shared rooms and a shared bathroom in the hallway. Students who live at North Hall must purchase a meal plan to eat on campus at Tower Dining.

In most cases, living on campus is more expensive than sharing an apartment off campus or living with a homestay (American family.)
